| Use a clean pair of nail clippers | |
| Rub them with alcohol swabs to clean thoroughly. | |
| Nails should be clean of all polish, dirt and debris. |

| Clip nails from all fingers and toes onto a clean paper. | |
| Place all collected nails into a regular mailing envelope. | |
| Put your name on the outside of the envelope. | |
| Put this envelope with the test requisition into a second envelope along with the fee for testing in form of a money order or cashiers check. | |
