Recommended Browser Settings:
Please set your browser resolution to 800 x 600 or
greater for best viewing. Headings may appear cut off
if your resolution is 640 x 480.
Recommended browsers are Microsoft Internet Explorer
6.0 (IE 6.0) or later release. All of our instructions
are based on IE 6.0
Cookies are required to view our online reporting
system, so make sure that your system is set-up to accept
cookies. This is the default setting for most browsers.
Cookies are small files containing information that
web sites create on your computer. They are used to
store information such as your login name and current
session ID
The browser should be set to retrieve the newest
version of every document every time a document is accessed.
(Caching should be disabled.)
In Internet Explorer go to Tools->Internet Options->General
Tab. Click on Settings button. On CHECK FOR NEWER VERSIONS
OF STORED PAGES choose EVERY VISIT TO THE PAGE.
For security reasons, it is recommended that those
using Microsoft Internet Explorer disable Auto Complete
for forms, usernames, and passwords. To adjust the Auto
Complete settings, select Tools->Internet Options->Content
Tab. Click the Auto Complete button in the Personal
Information section. Uncheck Forms, User names and passwords
on forms.
Some of the resources in this site are in Adobe Acrobat
Format. To use these resources you must have the Acrobat
plug-in installed for your web browser. It is a free
download from Adobe
If you intend to print any of the pages you will
need to configure the left, right, top and bottom margins
to 0.25 on the page settings. The settings will be saved
for all future printings from internet.
How to set your Internet Explorer
6.0 option:
From your browser menu select:
Select "Tools > Internet Options > Security"
Make sure you use Medium Level or less security,
otherwise cookies will be disabled.
Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
Under Java VM (or Microsoft VM) , ensure the JIT
Compiler for the virtual machine enabled (requires restart)
option is checked.
Make sure that Disable Script Debugging is checked
It is also recommended that you uncheck the Display
a notification about every script error box.
Click Apply and then OK.
